1. Reservations
In order to secure your preferred date and time and to avoid disappointed, advance reservations for all treatments are recommended.
2. Arrival
Please arrive at our premises at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, in order to prepare for treatment. As a courtesy to the next customer, we will not be able to run past your scheduled treatment time. As such, you may receive reduced treatment time in the event of late arrival for your scheduled appointment.
3. Confirmations and Cancellation Policy
Due to the different machines which have been set aside for use for your customized treatment package, all customers must inform us of any cancellation of appointments at least 3 hours before their scheduled treatment time. Any cancellation with less than 3 hours' notice will result in a forfeiture of the specific treatment scheduled for the cancelled session.
4. Payment
We accept payment by cash, NETS or any major credit card. |
5. Special Considerations
Customers who have any underlying medical condition, in particular any skin condition, high blood pressure, heart ailments or are pregnant, must advise us of the same prior to accepting any treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment of any customer whom we in our sole discretion consider unsuitable for treatment. Customers accept all treatments and services at their own risk.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases including purchases of treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable. In the event of a treatment package exchange, the newly acquired package must be of the same value as the existing package or higher and the customer will pay for the difference in price. The newly acquired package will not be subjected to the same discounts and promotion similar to the existing package that the customer wants to exchange. No refund of money will be allowed if the customer insists in changing to a lower value treatment package.
7. Valuables
We would recommend that no valuables to brought onto our premises. We will not accept responsibility for any cash and valuables which are lost and/or damaged within our premises. |

Our treatments and services should not be substituted for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise. Should you have a serious or recurring skin condition, we would recommend that you seek professional medical advice.
While we have made every effort to ensure that your treatment package is suitable for you and while we are confident of the general effectiveness of our product, the results of any treatment will vary from customer to customer. We cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results of your treatment.
Customers agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Jet Concepts Pte Ltd, all its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, staff and suppliers from and against all and any liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses (including legal fees on an indemnity basis) howsoever arising out of or in connection with any treatment or services provided by Jet Concepts Pte Ltd or the use of our facilities.
Any changes to these terms and conditions or to the terms and conditions applicable to your specific treatment package must be in writing and approved by an authorized personal of Jet Concepts Pte Ltd. |
